How it works

Ciao Gluten products are handmade in our production kitchen in Haarlem. We try our best to give you genuine products, we do not use any preservatives or chemical aromas. We only use fresh and high-quality ingredients. 

We need 2 working days to process the orders. The pick-up in Haarlem is available on Wednesday and Saturday. Delivery in the Netherlands only on Thursday. Please check the conditions here.

Breads and cookies are always baked the same day of delivery/pick up.  

Whole cakes are made fresh the day before the delivery/pick up. Cake slices are frozen.

Lasagne are frozen. 

Decorated cakes or catering need to be booked in advance (2 weeks preferably). You can always contact us to discuss about all different possibilities. 

We try to be more sustainable as possible avoiding plastic and using compostable packaging.
