Ham Kaas "flappen"

Gluten-free Handmade ham kas "flap". Savoury version of the famous "appelflap"

Ingredients

Pastry: corn starch, vegetable oils and fats (palm, rapeseed), rice flour, pea flour, vegetable fibers (potato, rice, pea, psyllium), thickeners (xanthan gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), ethyl alcohol, salt, buckwheat flour, natural flavours, transglutaminase, acidifying agent: citric acid. Egg, parmesan cheese (milk). 
Filling: lactose free mozzarella cheese (milk); Ham (pork, starch, dextrose, salt, natural flavourings, gelling agent E407, antioxidant E301, preservative E250).
