Panettone with Pistachio creme

Panettone filled with Pistachio cream 600g, Pasticceria Cuneo (Patisserie in Cuneo specialized in gluten free products). 
Pistachio Panettone (Christmas cake) topped with hazelnut and almond icing, granulated sugar.

Ingredients

corn starch, sugar, emulsifier: E471, vegetable fibers (Psyllium), thickener: guar gum, salt, preservative: sorbic acid), water, butter, icing sugar (sugar, corn starch), eggs pasteurized, natural yeast, brewer's yeast, skimmed milk powder, thickener: xanthan gum, natural flavourings. 
FILLING INGREDIENTS: 20% sugar, pistachio paste 18%, sunflower oil, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, cocoa (cocoa powder, acidity regulator: potassium carbonate).
ICING INGREDIENTS 15%: icing sugar (sugar, corn starch), almonds 19%, hazelnuts 19%, rice flour, dried egg white. Garnished with 4% granulated sugar and 1% whole almonds.
