Panettone with Chocolate creme

Panettone filled with Gianduia cream 600g, Pasticceria Cuneo (Patisserie in Cuneo specialized in gluten free products). 
Chocolate Panettone (Christmas cake) topped with hazelnut and almond icing, granulated sugar.

Ingredients

corn starch, sugar, emulsifier: E471, vegetable fibers (Psyllium), thickener: guar gum, salt, preservative: sorbic acid), water, butter, icing sugar (sugar, corn starch), eggs pasteurized, natural yeast, brewer's yeast, skimmed milk powder, thickener: xanthan gum, natural flavourings. 
FILLING INGREDIENTS: 20% Gianduia (sugar, toasted Hazelnut paste 18%), rice oil, cocoa 6.5% (cocoa powder, acidity regulator: potassium carbonate), skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin. Madagascar Bourbon vanilla powder.
ICING INGREDIENTS 15%: icing sugar (sugar, corn starch), almonds 19%, hazelnuts 19%, rice flour, dried egg white. Garnished with 4% granulated sugar and 1% whole almonds.
