Ciao Gluten is a local gluten-free bakery, supplying exclusive and
artisanal products to horeca companies. All products are hand-made in our dedicated gluten-free kitchen.

Ciao Gluten offers a variety of sweet and savoury goods, high quality and fresh products for everyone, including those who are allergic/intolerant/sensitive to gluten or simply follow a special and healthy diet.

Our chef Mirko Baldi experiments every day with new recipes, using different ingredients reducing the amount of sugar and fat. Mirko has created his own mix of flours for his recipes, using natural flours (including rice, corn, tapioca, quinoa, buckwheat, chestnut, almond and chickpeas).

From breads to pastries, fresh pasta and gnocchi, everything is made with 100% gluten free ingredients. Dairy free and sugar free products are also available.
